Frank Geraci And His Achievements To Inspire Future Judges To Come

Frank Geraci

Born in 1951 in Rochester, New York, Frank Geraci received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 from the University of Dayton. He received his Juris Doctor in 1977 from the University of Dayton Law School.

Over the years he handled a lot of cases among which the following really stands out:

Geraci meticulously handled the prosecution of a group of people who unsuccessfully attempted to help imprisoned Philadelphia organized crime figure Stephen Vento and another man escape from the federal prison in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

The people of Los Angeles witnessed such profound judgment orders. It is a matter of fact that not all judges are alike. In other words, with such an eye for detail, Frank Geraci proved his skills of analyzing. It should be noted herein that this analysis here pertains to the details of a particular case. In order to arrive at the right conclusion, Geraci makes it a point that he does not miss even a small thing. Everything taken into consideration by him provides a wide perspective on the subject matter.

His achievements knew no bounds. The final badge added to his credit was the following event

On May 14, 2012, President Barack Obama nominated Geraci to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, to the seat vacated by Judge David G. Larimer who took senior status in 2009. His nomination was approved on July 19, 2012, by the Senate Judiciary Committee and referred to the Senate floor for a confirmation vote. The full Senate voted in a voice vote to confirm Geraci on December 13, 2012. He received his commission on January 2, 2013. He served as Chief Judge from 2015 to 2021.

Frank Geraci really proved to be a really determined lawyer who skillfully passes reasonable judgements. These are appropriately based on the law books. Geraci is a genius in his area of expertise.
